Ms. Raquel Grünauer has been chosen from more than fifty candidates for the office of chief of staff of the Household of His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt. The Honorable Ms. Raquel Grünauer has experience working for the Organization of American States, the Andean Parliament, and the National Assembly of Ecuador. She holds two master’s degrees, and she is currently completing her third master’s degree in South Korea. Ms. Grünauer will oversee an expanding staff as well as the opening of new offices in Panama, San Salvador, and Dubai.
The “House of Feigenblatt” is the Household of His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt, ANDEAN Parliament Special Envoy for Education. The badge and heraldic standard of the House were granted by letters patent of the College of Arms of His Majesty Charles III of the United Kingdom with letters patent signed on April 12, 2024. The House has official relations with the Andean Parliament and with the Central American Parliament. Members of the affinity are invited to participate in a wide range of activities organized in more than twenty countries. The “Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt” Interuniversity Lecture Series for Peace, Development, and Education, one of the central projects of the House was established with the cooperation of the CUGS University of Mexico and includes more than 30 affiliated universities and academies. The House also sponsors two peer-reviewed academic journals and multiple research projects in the social sciences. The House of Feigenblatt enjoys official relations with many governmental and non-governmental entities and in 2024 the House received the Dr. Vicente Rocafuerte Decoration of Merit from the National Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador for its contribution to international education.
