Elite Counsellor is a leading online counselling service. They are delighted to announce the launch of their new online group classes focused on mental health education and support. The classes are designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to learn about mental health in a supportive and engaging environment led by qualified Clinical Psychologists.
Mental health concerns have become increasingly prevalent, leading to an increased demand for accessible mental health support services. Elite Counsellor recognizes the need for flexible and online support options for individuals seeking to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
The Elite Group Class will help you gain an increased understanding of mental health and introduce you to the skills required to find the way to a healthier life. Each one hour online session with a maximum of 16 participants, will enable you to listen and learn about a specific mental health topic and ask questions directly to our professionals. Every participant will receive 15 minute free of charge consultation with our psychologist.
Through the new online group classes, individuals can benefit from learning about a variety of mental health topics from the comfort of their own home. The classes will be led by experienced Clinical Psychologists who will provide expert guidance and support throughout the program.
Elite Counsellor will cover a range of topics:
– What is anxiety?
– Differences between anxiety and stress
– How to cope with Anxiety.
– Some techniques that can help.
Note: The upcoming class will cover anxiety but every Saturday class will have different topic.
