Manhattan Herald: Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got started on YouTube?
Jaden Bell: Sure, my name is Jaden Bell, but most people know me as Jay Bo on YouTube. I’m from Bessemer, Alabama and I’m currently 21 years old. I started my YouTube channel about four months ago, and it all began when my friends and I took a trip to Houston. I decided to vlog the entire experience to showcase the genuine moments in our day-to-day. After that, I realized that vlogging was a great way for people to experience my personality, and that’s when my audience and virality began to stick. I collaborated with several artists, including Gucci Mane, Kodak Black, FloridaMadeMG, Lil Zay, and Money Man.
Manhattan Herald: What kind of content do you create on your channel?
Jaden Bell: My main focus is vlogging, but I also create content around my interests and hobbies. I like to make people smile, so my content is usually light-hearted and fun. I also like to share some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way, and I hope that my audience can take something away from my videos.
Manhattan Herald: What’s your goal with your YouTube channel?
Jaden Bell: My goal is to build my foundation as one of the most renowned digital creators of my generation. I want to be known for creating memorable content and organically growing my audience with each new release. I also want to help people smile and have fun through my content.
Manhattan Herald: What can viewers expect from your channel in the future?
Jaden Bell: Viewers can expect a lot of new and exciting content from me in the future. I have a lot of plans and ideas that I want to execute, and I’m always looking for new ways to engage with my audience. I’m also working on expanding my brand and collaborating with other creators. Jaden Bell: Yes, I also have an Instagram and TikTok account. On Instagram, I share behind-the-scenes footage and photos from my vlogs, as well as personal photos and thoughts. On TikTok, I create short videos that showcase my sense of humor and creativity. Both platforms allow me to connect with my audience in different ways and keep them updated on what I’m up to.
Manhattan Herald: How many followers do you currently have on your social media platforms?
Jaden Bell: I currently have around 372 followers on my YouTube channel, 18.3k followers on my Instagram account, and 26.9K followers on my TikTok account. These numbers are always changing as it depends on the engagement, the content and the audience. But these are the estimated numbers as of now.
Manhattan Herald: How do you use Instagram and TikTok to grow your audience?
Jaden Bell: I use Instagram and TikTok to showcase my personality and give my audience a glimpse into my life. I also use hashtags and engage with other creators in my niche to reach new audiences. On TikTok, I use trends and popular music to make my videos more relatable and engaging. I also collaborate with other creators to reach new audiences and expand my reach.
Manhattan Herald: How do you keep your followers engaged and interested in your content?
Jaden Bell: I keep my followers engaged and interested in my content by being consistent with my posting schedule and creating a variety of content. I also try to keep my content relatable and authentic by sharing my personal experiences and thoughts. I also like to collaborate with other creators and feature my audience in my videos. I also try to be interactive and engage with my audience through comments, polls, and Q&A.
Manhanhattan Herald: How do you balance creating content for multiple social media platforms?
Jaden Bell: It can be challenging at times, but I make sure to prioritize my YouTube channel and then create content for my other platforms. I also make sure to schedule my content in advance and use tools to help manage my accounts. I also make sure to not overdo it and give myself time to recharge, it’s important to keep a balance.
