They met in March 2020 via a dating application. Talking about the relationship in June 2021the Houston Texans Safety, Jonathan Owens, said that he didn’t know first who she was. He hadn’t heard of the Olympic gold medalist before until he shared his feelings with her. He expressed that she is the one he likes. Owens is much happy and thankful for this relationship.
They have the sweetest love story, and their match is so cute. There came a gap in Bile’s training schedule and Olympics during the pandemic 2020that provided an opportunity to the pair to get closer. Everything was shut off in the lockdown and life was quite a jam. Owens explained while talking about their relationship that they utilized this time to get to know each other. They created a strong bond and it got stronger with time.
The renowned gold medalist seems confident in the relationship just like she is as a gymnast. In an interview in July 2021, Simone Biles told the newspaper that she was the one who slid into his DMs first. She found him cute, so she was the first to say “hi”. They had their Christmas 2020 and New Year’s Eve together. They also shared a picture of them in matching pajamas. Then they celebrated Valentine’s Day 2021 with a lovely setup of balloons and rose petals.
They had an amazing vacation in Belize to celebrate their first anniversary into relationship and Bile’s 24th birthday. They both are proud to have each other and made the sweetest couple.
