For myself, I bought the Forte Gas Bundle, which has all the accessories I require and is reasonably priced. When compared to other versions, it is lighter and takes up less room.
Assembly
The Pizzello is really easy to put together. Despite my lack of expertise in this area, I was able to complete the handbook in just over 30 minutes because it was so straightforward. Therefore, I don’t believe you need to be concerned.
Additionally, the after-sales service is excellent. The express caused a fractured plate to be delivered to me. Any queries I had during the installation procedure were resolved by their support staff, who also mailed a replacement at no cost.
How to use the Pizzella
I never realized how simple a Pizzello is to use. After lighting it, when the oven thermometer reaches about 400°C, open the door and push the pizza to the center of the stone. After that, let it cook for a few minutes. We were both taken aback by how simple the procedure was and how entertaining it was to watch the pizza cook!
