a) Lie on your back on a flat surface, such as a yoga mat or carpeted floor.

c) Gently roll your body over the ball, allowing it to apply pressure to tight or sore muscles.

d) Move the ball around to target different areas of your lower back. e) Continue rolling for 1-2 minutes, focusing on areas that feel particularly tense or painful.

Tailbone Pain Exercises

Tailbone pain, also known as coccydynia, can be caused by injury, prolonged sitting, or childbirth. Performing specific exercises can help relieve tailbone pain and improve mobility. Here are two exercises you can try:

a) Tailbone Stretch: Sit on a chair or a cushioned surface, cross your right ankle over your left knee, and gently lean forward, keeping your back straight. You should feel a stretch in your tailbone area. Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat on the other side.

b) Pelvic Tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles and press your lower back into the floor, flattening the curve. Hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat 10-15 times.
