Awich Surprises Fans at Japanese Hip-Hop Festival THE HOPE

Awich and XG

At a special hip-hop festival called THE HOPE in Tokyo’s Odaiba on September 21 and 22, 58 artists and 29 DJs performed for excited fans.

On Day 2 of the festival, rapper Awich was the main performer. She performed nine songs, including her new single “Are you serious?” which is the theme song for the Netflix show The Queen of Villains.

During her performance, Awich brought many other famous rappers and singers on stage to join her. She performed with artists like NENE, LANA, MaRI, AI, OZworld, and JP THE WAVY. They played a mix of different songs, making the crowd very happy.

The biggest surprise was when Awich invited members of the group XG (JURIN, HARVEY, MAYA, and COCONA) to perform their song “WOKE UP.” Awich had helped make a remix of this song, along with other famous rappers from Japan and South Korea. The audience went wild when they saw this special live performance.
